To whom it may concern, I feel like 2nd and third shift transit would remove barriers to work and self-sufficiency for people in poverty. Students, elderly people, and the working poor need assistance to live independently. It is the least we can do with our tax dollars. We are investing in their futures. If people are given access to work, education, health care, food, laundry, and social events the crime rate decreases.
