Need fuel? The CDC can help. We are offering free gas cards to those individuals that need the assistance and qualify. The cards can be used for work or appointments. Quantity is limited. To qualify, please complete the intake form. Once completed our Mobility Manager, Kyra Glecker, will contact you. Failure to complete the form in full will result in the rejection of your application. If you need help with the form or have questions, you can call 740-439-0020 and ask for Kyra.
